We’re hiring our first few founding roles to help build Introd — a trust-based network that shows the strongest warm path to any person, instantly. We’re looking for builders who want real ownership, not layers. People who think in systems, ship fast, and care about leverage over headcount. These are founding roles, not “early hires.” You’ll work directly with the founder, help shape product direction, and own major parts of the company from day one.
