Some people join companies. A few get to help build them. Introd is assembling its first few founding team members to build the relationship layer for opportunity. We’re building a world where finding the right investor, customer, co-founder, hire, partner or mentor doesn’t depend on luck. Introd helps people discover who they should know, understand how they’re connected, and find the right path to an introduction. We’re looking for exceptional builders who want to be there at the beginning. You’ll work directly with the founder, ship alongside a small team, influence major product and technical decisions, and help shape the culture of the company that comes after you. These aren’t roles for people looking for a perfectly defined lane. We want people who take ownership, move with urgency, challenge assumptions and care deeply about what they build.
