People at Introd
I don't want to build Introd with people who simply work for me. I want to build it with people who feel ownership of what we're creating. When you join this early, you won't be handed a small piece of a finished company. You'll help shape the product, challenge decisions, talk to users, solve problems we haven't encountered before, and influence what Introd becomes. I care about people who are curious, ambitious and willing to take responsibility. I'll give you room to make decisions, and I'll expect you to use it. You should be comfortable disagreeing with me when you think I'm wrong. The best idea should win regardless of whose it is. There will be ambiguity. There will be things we try that don't work. There will also be moments when something you built on Monday is in a customer's hands by Friday. That's the trade. More ownership. More responsibility. More opportunity to leave your fingerprints on the company. I’ve learned that the people you build with can change the trajectory of a company just as much as the product itself. That's why I'm being deliberate about Introd's first few hires. If you're exceptional at what you do and want to build something from the beginning, I want to meet you. — Owen Sakawa Founder & CEO, Introd
