We are a mobile health company focused on dementia care and we create remote pre-diagnostic tools which provide access to certified specialists in order to avoid commonly occurring misreferrals. 47m people are currently living with dementia at a cost of $1 trillion/year, making it the 18th biggest economy in the world. By 2050 it’s estimated that 131m will have dementia. Increasing demand, coupled with a lack of dementia training, will strain primary care structures to deliver high quality care and timely diagnosis, which currently takes 2 years on average globally. 40% of referred patients at a Stockholm memory clinic show no sign of dementia after testing. Which incur costs of $700K-2m at that clinic alone. Our goal is to detect those at risk and by using digital versions of standard diagnostic tests we are able to screen for the risk of dementia.
