• Review, code, match, and process invoices in the General Ledger (currently NetSuite; soon to be Workday)
• Match invoices to open purchase orders in partnership with the procurement team, and promptly investigate pricing, quantity, or scope exceptions

Design and build APIs, services, Ethereum data pipelines and indexers, staking and validator infrastructure integrations, and monitoring and operational tooling.
Own system design end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and observability.
Work across the Ethereum stack, integrating with both execution layer and consensus layer clients.
Contribute to Liquid Collective alongside other staking and blockchain infrastructure projects across Galaxy.

• Design and development of a low-latency, high-throughput EMS/Smart Order Router system
• Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on execution quality, liquidity, latency, and cost

• Own the end-to-end interconnection process for Galaxy's large loads on the ERCOT grid — feasibility, screening, studies, agreements, and energization.
• Manage transmission and interconnection studies and external engineering and modeling consultants, reviewing technical details of models and study results.

• Provide mechanical engineering input during site selection, concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction document reviews.
• Review mechanical design packages for operational readiness, maintainability, service access, system redundancy, capacity, resiliency, and preservation of design intent.

• Represent Operations as the primary site-level stakeholder during design and pre-construction phases, ensuring operational requirements, maintainability, and Galaxy's operating standards are reflected in project deliverables

• Support month-end and quarter-end close for corporate and business unit entities, with emphasis on expense-related account reconciliations (opex, accruals, intercompany allocations).
• Assist in intercompany eliminations and consolidation procedures, particularly as they relate to cost allocations between corporate and business units.
