Flow Labs automates water use management by selling a combination of proprietary sensors and software to commercial real estate. Property managers and facility engineers can automate monitoring of their buildings water use and automatically become aware of potential water leaks and inefficiencies.

Sensors are installed on and in equipment and facilities that use water. These sensors collect water usage data and transmit data wirelessly to the cloud. Data is analyzed in real-time for inefficiencies and leaks, and status reports and alerts are sent to building management via SMS and email. Customers also receive reporting tools for corporate disclosures or regulatory compliance. APIs enable 3rd party integrations with other building management systems possible.
