In order to satisfy our need-based matching solution we're removing the application process and resume. Users make use of our system by highlighting experiences and skills on a profile to then become matched with opportunities instantly when qualified. We also recognize there are different expectations between hiring managers and job seekers within the status quo method of recruitment. Employers currently face job seekers with tedious tasks before they're able to proceed and complete a simple employment application. This unrealistic expectation that a custom cover letter adds additional value to a prospects proposal is weak and unrelated to the skills requirement of the opportunity as a whole. We're offering to provide employers with a more powerful tool that fronts hiring managers with the most pre-qualified talent from the start. From pre-qualified to interview, employers have the final say of who they're hiring. Our positioning within our industry is to provide employers and professionals with the most efficient way of fill talent needs.
