People at FlexRule

Initially, I was anxious to join the FlexRule team as a second employee and take risks. Then I noticed that I was raised in a way that I had to follow certainty and look for security. But I forgot that when I feel more anxious when facing uncertainty, it is because I am scared to FAIL. I am so glad I did not ignore the joys and fulfillment of building and creating magic, faced my fear, and joined the FlexRule incredible team! FlexRule brings purpose to my life and makes life more meaningful.
