FlexComply careers
FlexComply lets you instantly verify insurance compliance for subcontractors working in retail stores and on construction sites. Our proprietary algorithm determines the insurance requirements for specific jobs - it’s like having an experienced insurance agent on your team. The platform eliminates in house General Contractor verification teams, typically 2-5 full time employees, saving on average $75,000 per employee.
To avoid job hold ups due to non-compliance, subcontractors may purchase optional “Day Passes” to temporarily comply with insurance requirements until their primary insurance is amended. This allows them to get to work immediately and keeps retailers and GC's from losing precious work hours.
The platform simplifies communication, collaboration, and document sharing between all parties. If policy changes are required, the subcontractor and their insurance agent are notified through our platform and work together through our web and mobile app to resolve any deficiencies.
