We've helped India’s largest food and beverage retailer, Cafe Coffee Day, in providing identity, payment, loyalty, engagement, feedback through multiple channels in 1500+ outlets across 250+ cities. Walkin powered ccd app has 4M+ downloads and 4+ average customer rating in PlayStore. WalkIn also powers the loyalty and engagement program for McDonald's through 250+ restaurants across 34 cities and 10 states in West and South India. Given the nature of play (B2B2C), our existence is a dramatic function of living for our clients but dying for our users. Partners we are looking for should be able to empathise with this belief. The scale and complexity of our clients’ businesses and the nature of our purpose to upend a traditional industry translate into a need for a hacker mindset in that all technologists working with us need to straddle the full stack while nursing and feeding a perpetual curiosity about all things code. For us, the extent of experience is less important than the nature of it. Since we usually hire — at all levels — for temperament, the ability to patiently mentor colleagues is essential. Adherence to the highest ethical standards and a penchant for ownership are non-negotiable. Being a spartan is a plus since that’s a decision that circumstances usually make for us. While a background and interest in e-commerce/retail would be helpful, lack of it is not a showstopper.
