We still an early-stage start-up, transferring 10 year of research at 3 Universities (EPFL, TU-Delft, FHS-Biel). Our development are primarily semiconductor CMOS single-photon detector SPADs and modules for "flash" time-of-flight short range LiDARs. We have joint R&D activities with three top-100 industrial companies and manufacture at three top-3 semiconductor foundries. We have a validated 2K pixel prototype operating at 40m under sunlight, demonstrating the path to $50 short range LiDAR for automotive and robotics.
