In short, FanVestor is a single platform for Creator-driven NFTs and securities. The company has a full suite of regulatory approvals (i.e., SEC/FINRA) for equity crowdfunding and NFT-as-Security as well as to perform sweepstakes. For example, FanVestor can legally execute NFTs as Regulated Securities, which includes fractional NFTs; NFTs backed by fractional royalties, loans, and mortgages; NFTs backed by digital or physical assets; NFT staking, etc. The FanVestor team in LA, SF and NY has completed projects with Jonas Brothers, DJ Khaled, LA Dodgers, Ryan Seacrest, Jackson Wang, Hamilton the Musical, and others.

The founding team has 2 IPOs and multiple successful exits + the advisory board is comprised of top financial and entertainment executives.

Funding: raised $5M from prominent investors (i.e., Stellar Foundation, Formic VC, several others) and now embarking on our Series A fundraising. Recently formed a strategic partnership with Stellar Foundation, who's invested in the SAFE round on the back of the strength of the NFT-as-Regulated-Security product we are launching this quarter.
