FallCall Solutions, LLC is a premier innovator in simplified communication solutions for the Elder population and their caregivers. Through these telemonitoring solutions, we aim to maximize Elder independence and caregiver peace of mind. By creating them on the Apple ecosystem, our focus is on building software based solely on the needs of the consumer rather than the trying to create and introduce new ecosystems into our customers’ lives. We were founded in July, 2015 by Dr. Shea C. Gregg, MD (President) and Dr. Kristin L. Gregg, MD (co-founder). In addition to the President and co-founder, we have an executive board of 3 additional equity holding members. Currently, we have 1 app on the market called ElderCheck Now. Our next app, FallCall Lite, will be an innovative personal emergency assistant designed exclusively for Elders with multiple caregivers that will be able connect to central monitoring through a subscription service. We anticipate this going to market in April, 2018. To date, we have raised over $500,000 from equity offerings, crowdfunding, and convertible notes.
