This is a self-employed freelance role, ideal for those who are confident, self-starters, and want to be in control of their income. Your earnings are entirely commission-based, with weekly payouts, performance bonuses, and career progression opportunities for the right individuals. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You will play a pivotal role within the business, selling (sharing) our premium high-grade 250g and 1kg coffee products as weekly or monthly Subscriptions to new customers across the UK, to professionals, coffee shops, cafés, and every day individuals, ultimately winning their business on the phone or directly face-to-face. This is a role-based nationwide, so that you can work from anywhere in the UK. What We’re Looking For: We welcome individuals from sales, retail, customer service, or even creative backgrounds who can demonstrate the following: Great communication skills and formal attire & communication when dealing with companies and high-profile customers/clientele. Confidence and a passion for speaking to new people. A positive, can-do attitude, setting & hitting sales targets. A professional approach and attitude to work & clientele.
