evoach is an intelligent, web-based self-coaching chatbot, which offers employees methods for more self-reflection and higher self-efficacy. evoach leads topic-based through 100% digitalized coaching processes, with which employees and teams develop their own solutions and action steps for concrete issues, e.g. "Solving conflicts", "Making decisions", "Preparing difficult conversations", "Giving team feedback" or "Clarifying team roles". Especially agile or new work environments require a high degree of communication skills and self-organisation. Not everyone has this, but everyone can learn it. As managers in the digital economy, we have experienced that classic training courses are not the best choice. Further development works better through guided reflection on concrete, personal topics. In the corporate context, coaching is often only available to managers for cost reasons. With the evoach Coaching Chatbot, employees and teams can access coaching freely, without application and approval processes, without time restrictions and without the need to search for the right coach. Conceptually, we work topic-based with question sets from systemic coaching and gamified coaching methods along a classic coaching process. We are currently conducting a scientific effectiveness study on purely digital coaching, but we can already say that more than 90 percent of our users state that they were able to solve their problem in whole or in part with the help of our software. evoach supports employees not only in solving acute concerns, but also in reflecting on them: What makes me as a person? Which basic conditions do I need in a team to be productive? How can I best use my strengths for the benefit of the company? Teams can go through a flexible curriculum in which the basic topics of successful cooperation can be openly addressed and negotiated. The two go hand in hand because reflective people can also make more reflective team decisions and work better with customers.
