Customer Implementation Specialist (AI Onboarding & Success) About the Role The Customer Implementation Specialist helps new users set up Evidah quickly and successfully. You’ll guide businesses through linking their website, uploading documentation, configuring the AI employees, and ensuring that support is running smoothly. Your mission: Get users from signup → fully automated support as fast as possible. Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding calls with new customers Help clients upload docs or write their initial help center Customize AI employee settings for each company Ensure Charlie, Emma, and Marquavious respond correctly during onboarding Troubleshoot integrations (chat widget, email forwarding, website embedding) Track user activation metrics Provide light product training and success strategies Serve as a bridge between customers and engineering Requirements Excellent communication skills Experience in onboarding, customer success, or tech support Strong understanding of SaaS tools Ability to diagnose setup issues quickly Comfortable explaining AI tools to non-technical customers Bonus Skills Experience with Supabase, Zapier, or website embedding Background in helpdesk systems (Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk) Light technical skills (HTML snippet embedding, API keys, etc.)
