TECHNOLOGY

Food delivery is complex. When you're dealing with the delivery of hot, time-sensitive food, there are thousands of variables at play. The type of transportation, traffic conditions, weather, and thermodynamics of the food are all important factors that contribute to whether you receive your food hot or cold.

The team at SkipTheDishes has developed algorithms and an automated dispatch system for food delivery using geo-fencing. Our system allows us to run hundreds of orders a minute with very little human intervention - enabling a clear path to achieve significant scale.
