EPP Studios was born from a simple but radical idea: what if the most authentic stories on screen started with the most authentic objects behind the camera?
As the dedicated props, set decor, and costume division of Mason Ewing Corporation (MEC), EPP Studios has assembled one of the most unique on-site production collections in the United States, spanning hundreds of thousands of rare 18th and 19th century artifacts sourced from France, Italy, India, Cameroon, Mexico, Ireland, and Poland. Napoleonic-era pieces, Marie Antoinette-inspired decor, Victorian costumes, each item is a living fragment of history, ready to breathe life into a production.
But EPP Studios is not just a repository of the past. We also create original story-driven artifacts, including our signature horror prop, Poupée Nora, designed to become iconic within the productions they inhabit.
Led by Mickael Nicolas and Valex Kemeni, and operating under the strategic oversight of MEC Founder Mason Ewing and COO Claudius Erhardy, EPP Studios works exclusively on-site: productions come to us, not the other way around.
Currently based in Van Nuys, CA, EPP Studios plans to expand with a major new facility of over 2,000 m² in Atlanta, GA, one of the fastest-growing production hubs in the United States.
