We provide SaaS for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to capture, retain and grow recurring revenue including spare parts, consumables and service contracts from their customers. With large and complex installed bases, OEMs have a difficult time prioritizing customer actions so they focus on the top 10-15%; what’s worse is that the tools available to reach more customers are no better than spreadsheets and ad hoc IT reports. This allows their inadvertently ignored 85%+ customers to get picked off by third parties and competitors creating significant lifetime recurring revenue loss.
