At Enterprise Bot, we create AI-powered bots and provide enterprises with a 24/7 digital agent to improve customer experience and create operational efficiency. Our suite of products includes AI-chatbots (mainly for sales and customer service), email triage bots and an AI scheduling assistant. Enterprise Bot is a global company with the majority of our operations and clients based in Switzerland and a technical development team in Bangalore (India). We offer bots in several languages such as English, German, French, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. We have been accelerated by Startupbootcamp, F10 and are supported by Generali Switzerland (we have an office in their Innovation Garage in Adliswil). A few of the notable enterprises we work with include AfterPay, SIX Group (Swiss Stock Exchange), Generali, PwC, SWICA (large Swiss health insurance), LNER (formerly Virgin Trains) and Trivalor (largest B2B services provider in Portugal).
