They use engageSPARK’s self-service SaaS platform in 160+ countries to collect data from and disseminate information to their beneficiaries, customers, and employees via mobile channels including automated Phone Calls (IVR), Text Messages (SMS), and WhatsApp.

From communicating critical Covid-19 health information to Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh, to collecting essential public health data from citizens in Colombia, to encouraging at-risk youth to get tested for HIV in Kenya – our customers improve people’s lives across the world daily.
