emVitals is an emotional health technology company that transforms the way behavioral health care is delivered. emVitals partners with employers and providers to enable prevention, early identification and connection measurement-based care.

The heart of the emVitals solution is the emVitals web-base platform and questionnaire. Participants are invited by their employer or healthcare provider to the emVitals platform to take the emVitals questionnaire, an evidence-based, multi-condition behavioral health and well-being assessment tool. Upon completing the questionnaire, participants immediately view their results and personalized care recommendations. At-risk participants are invited to schedule a phone or video consultation with an emVitals Care Navigator to review their results and create an action plan.

Advanced analytics tools allow participants and providers to track treatment effectiveness in real time and provide organizations with valuable population-level insights.
