Jobs at Ember Dating App

We're a self-funded, early-stage team getting ready to hire our first people as we raise our pre-seed round. There are no open roles listed yet, but we're meeting people now for the first hires, and we'd love to hear from you if one of these sounds like you: Founding engineer. Full-stack with React and Node, comfortable shipping mobile through Capacitor to iOS and Android, and excited by real-time systems like live translation, chat and calling. Growth and community lead. Someone who understands how people meet across borders, ideally speaks more than one language, and can grow a member community the honest way: content, partnerships and word of mouth. Trust and safety lead. Someone who cares deeply about member safety, moderation and fair policies, and wants to build them into the product from day one. Across every role we look for the same things: people who own their work end to end, tell the truth about what's working, care about craft, and think globally. We're remote and async-friendly.
