• Working within one of our cross-functional teams of T-shaped Software Developers, Product Managers,
• Designers and Industry Specialists

• You identify personnel requirements, create job advertisements, and bring them closer to the target group by - selecting suitable communication channels, such as job portals or social networks.
• You will partner and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring teams from our tech departments such as development, technology product, and data to design and execute innovative, robust attraction strategies.

• Develop a vision for the DevOps area together with the Principal Engineer
• Drive foundation topics such as: infrastructure, security, internal tools and quality
