(#3) Speak Up If Something Is Broken: We need you to speak up if something is not working. If something isn’t being resolved that is important, talk to leadership. (#4) Sweat the Small Stuff: Pay attention to the details. Small decisions and actions add up. (#5) Patient Obsession: Start with patients and work backward. The healthcare system must make patients the priority. (#6) Disagree and Respect: We want you to give a damn about the work you do. We want opinionated people. Once a decision is made, respect the chosen direction. (#7) Dive Deep: We want everyone to know deeply how things work and operate above and below them. (#8) Think Big: Small thoughts lead to small actions. If you think small, you will be small. (#9) Earn It: We don’t get any credibility. Our credibility is earned through our actions. We represent Eko to our physicians and patients. We need to earn their respect. Be self critical.
