EFNpro is a Canadian proposal, contract, and project management platform built for consultants, agencies, and small businesses that work on contract.

After 25 years in industrial design, writing proposals, signing contracts, chasing approvals, and managing client projects, I built the tool I always needed but could never find. Not another generic document editor. Not a US-centric platform with Canadian law as an afterthought. A purpose-built system that takes you from first client meeting to signed agreement and through the life of the project.

EFNpro handles the full workflow in one place: video meetings with transcripts, a WYSIWYG proposal editor, step-by-step contract builder, digital signatures, milestone tracking, client signoff requests, and PDF invoicing. Contracts are built under Canadian law. Pricing is in CAD.

The platform is designed around how practitioners actually work. When you send a proposal or contract to a client, they receive a link, they can review, respond, and sign without creating an account.
