People at Dynamic Insurance Services

Coming from a P&C background, this company is a godsend. I worked with multiple big-name P&C companies, and experienced a lot of technological difficulty, hierarchy based purely on tenure, and other frustrating things to be expected with larger companies in general. I left one of those companies to come to Dynamic, and I am so happy that I did. I started in the Admin office back in January with little to no knowledge about life insurance. Within a couple of months, I was heading a new department. I assisted our company's president. And I was promoted to my current position, Director of Marketing. All in six months. My movement was based on my skills, not on the amount of time I had been here. I am allowed to make decisions based on what I think is best. I get to interact with so many people who have so much experience. It pairs my love of insurance with my love for autonomy and creativity; there is a heavy focus on meeting the employee's SPECIFIC needs based on their specific and individual experiences and the way that they view the world. I have just never experienced this in a workplace before.
