DonorSpring is a social-impact SaaS company that empowers nonprofits to automatically expand and diversify their donor bases while increasing donations through AI-assisted donor acquisition and communication. We’re changing how nonprofits find and connect with new donors. Currently, nonprofit organizations are underfunded and have to make difficult decisions about which fundraising opportunities to pursue leading them to dedicate most effort towards major donors. These major donors, while able to donate large sums, have drawbacks including requiring many hours of personalized attention from the organization and demanding influence over the organization's work. DonorSpring solves the nonprofit fundraising problem by identifying new small-dollar donors for nonprofits, connecting those donors to the nonprofits, and providing them with the tools and information necessary to effectively fundraise. These small-dollar donors give less individually, but there are many more of them. Nonprofits can raise more without the restrictions of major donors by combining the donation power of thousands of small-dollar donors. Existing solutions, including fundraising consultants, CRMs, and online donation platforms, are inadequate because they are costly and ignore both small donor acquisition and small donor cultivation.
