We are a LegalTech company. We launched in 2019 and have created a marketplace that quickly connects clients with specialized lawyers: digilegal.com -- Our objective is to make legal advice accessible to all and ensure entrepreneurs can get affordable, quality legal advice as soon as they need it. We also want to help SMEs manage their legal risks and anticipate legal issues before they become costly. Our service was well received during the covid period, by both lawyers and clients.

We generate income from client questions and membership subscriptions.

We are a team of lawyers and serial-entrepreneurs. Digilegal was founded by Mr. Yama Sangin, attorney in Geneva (Switzerland), who was notably trained at Ernst & Young and opened several businesses. Nicolas Torrent, our managing director, is also a lawyer, has over 7 years experience in the legaltech industry, is vice-president of the Swiss LegalTech Association and has experience in coding.

We have achieved proof of concept over the past year with 300+ clients to date on the French-speaking market of Switzerland - avg. monthly growth: 30%. We are seeking to raise funds to expand to the larger German-speaking market which will greatly increase our reach. We are also raising funds to develop and launch our new B2B offer which will be unique to the Swiss market. Additionally, we want to develop GUI and add features to our software that have been requested by clients and partner lawyers.

Our target market in Switzerland is approx. 5 000 000 people (63% of the Swiss market). We have confirmed through our data over the first year of activity that this market is accurately defined - if not underestimated. We have received over 95% satisfaction ratings from our clients.
