DIASYST is a clinically validated HIT solution that bridges the gap between type 2 diabetics and primary care. By engaging patients in real time, critical information is captured, packaged, and analyzed for busy providers who can then easily deliver better and safer care beyond the typical 3-6 month visits, where little is typically done. As a simple EHR integrated decision-support tool, providers can better manage their diabetic populations without disrupting their workflows.

Our technology has been developed out of Georgia Tech, Emory University, and the Atlanta VA Medical Center, and proof-of-concept tested to demonstrate both efficacy and safety in the veteran population.
