• Source, screen, and recruit top talent across various semiconductor and technical engineering disciplines.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms, to identify and engage qualified candidates.

• Develop and implement an elevated product and assortment strategy, benchmarking against top jewelry brands and aligning with market trends, inventory, and company goals.
• Manage the entire product development process, from CAD design and prototyping to final sample approval, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with development calendars.

• Develop and execute the visual strategy for VRAI across all channels, ensuring a consistent brand identity.
• Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Be a trusted advisor to clients and prepare personalized consults demonstrating our sustainably created diamonds and VRAI jewelry, then following up to close the sale. Act as an ambassador of the VRAI brand and our values, and assist them with jewelry selection, diamond education, jewelry care, and company policy (returns, upgrades, resizes, etc).

• Develop 200mm/300mm CMOS wafer thinning/polishing processes to achieve ultrathin Si with semiconductor grade flatness and roughness.
• Develop temporary bonding processes for device wafer/die on carrier wafers to support subsequent thinning and/or permanent bonding processes.

• Evaluate financial performance through the analysis of financial results and forecasts.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, including automated tools.

• Manage project timelines and milestones.
• Create high integrity simulation models of electrical components and systems.

• Design new components and systems used for diamond growth equipment.
• Architect and perform experiments to understand hardware impacts on plasma and diamond growth

• Architect new high power microwave components and systems, including high-power amplifiers as well as passive waveguide components.
• Guide internal vs. external design decisions.

• Strategize, implement, and execute project initiatives that deliver our products and solutions to customers.
• Lead cross-functional engineering internal/external teams to successfully execute new product developments from concept to production ramp through formal phase gate processes.
