Culture and benefits at Delee

We are an opening learning start-up. We understand that we are focused on solving world problems, and for that, there is not precisely a manual to learn, so we hope that everyone that integrates into our team has the capacity to keep learning (even after graduating their Ph.D.) and communicate with multidisciplinary teams. It may not be easy at first, but in the end, everyone discovers that there are no boundaries in knowledge and collaborations. We strongly value and promote teamwork, where everyone at DELEE has a voice, and it is heard with the same esteem as the founders themselves. We celebrate birthdays and employees’ accomplishments once every month and have weekly meetings in every department by separate and once monthly for the whole company, and we encourage everyone to work on milestones instead of having their times fixed.
