Cribspot is the first vertically integrated marketplace for long-term rentals. We manage rental properties for landlords and provide an unprecedented tenant experience.

We began as a search engine for finding housing near college campuses, growing to 100,000 users across 175 colleges and universities. We realized that by managing the entire rental experience from end-to-end, we could take the Cribspot experience to the next level. For landlords, we take care of advertising, finding tenants, maintenance, and everything else that goes into managing their rental property. For tenants, we're building an amazing Cribspot Home experience with virtual tours, smart home tech, online leasing and rent payments, and responsive 24/7 customer service.
