Cranberry careers

Cranberry helps clients live in a home they love today, build equity, and buy the home within 3 years using lease-to-own housing. We're a seed-stage start up growing quickly and building the team.

How it works: 1) clients are pre-approved to buy, 2) select any home for sale in our target market, and 3) sign a 3-year lease on the home. Cranberry buys the home and rents it back to the client.

Clients can exercise an option to buy the home at a predetermined price. At the end of 3 years, clients who don't exercise their option can still walk away with cash for a future downpayment.

Cranberry is actively buying homes in Greenville, SC, Spartanburg, SC, and expanding to more cities across the country soon. HQ in Boston.
