Coprata (coprata.com) is an early, seed-stage company incorporated in 2021 pursuing non-invasive physiological monitoring that easily, safely and discreetly tracks health with little or no change to daily routine. Our smart sampling toilet provides an automated way to track daily bowel movements by enabling hands-free analysis of human stool specimens in the privacy of the home for actionable lifestyle feedback. This technology, developed by researchers at Duke University, will have benefits for people with chronic GI disease as well as those looking to monitor personalized wellness. The product combines individual data tracking software with enabling hardware.
