Position Title: Application Engineer

• Primary sales responsibility for process control products and services including:
• Control valves (Fisher), isolation valves, safety relief valves, and supporting instrumentation

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues

• Provide support for Windows systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint devices

• On-site Hardware and Software Support: Support for our Customer with around the clock coverage for Hardware and Software issues.
• System Preventative Maintenance: Contract Customers require services to ensure 100% availability of their DCS systems. PMs may include, but not limited to Software Patch management, DeltaV upgrades, database back-ups, power and grounding checks, network communications troubleshooting, Backup and Recovery of workstations and cabinet cleaning

• Interface directly with customers via phone and email to provide engineered solutions, technical support, and order management
• Engineer complete solutions for customer process control needs

• Provide quotations for valves, actuators, and parts using Salesforce CPQ.
• Assist AM/AE teams in recommending best-fit solutions for customer applications.
