Concentric Lab builds the AI systems that run a business, not demos of them. We design, ship, and operate custom AI software, workflow automation, and agentic systems for B2B and growing companies, deployed inside the client's own stack. We work forward-deployed: we embed with the team, build against real data from day one, and hand over a system they own and can run without us. Engagements are fixed-scope, 8 to 16 weeks, and the code lives in their repository with no platform lock-in. We run three connected modes. Strategy: embedded engagements that replace manual operational workflows with autonomous systems. Studio: self-contained software products built as owned assets. Ventures: acquiring and operating businesses that fit the model. Each mode funds and informs the next.

The hard part is not the model. Roughly 80 percent of AI pilots never reach production, because the real work is the architecture between a prototype and a system a team can trust: data pipelines, confidence thresholds, escalation logic, and regression-tested evaluations. We build that layer, with a clear line between what the system decides automatically and what a human still approves. Beneath it sits a structural problem we keep hitting: businesses whose growth is capped by manual work, where revenue only scales by adding headcount. CSMs triage the same accounts, reps log activity instead of selling, finance re-keys invoices. We replace those workflows with systems that hold the execution authority a person used to. Real outcomes: a document pipeline cut from four days to four seconds at 94 percent auto-resolution, and a managed services portfolio scaled from $2M to $30M ARR without proportional headcount. The result is a business that compounds on architecture instead of headcount.
