Its product Commune (named after the company) is launched in early 2019 and is now the market-leading Customer Success Software in Japan with a multi-million $ARR. Our vision is huge. We believe that the Customer Success industry is going to be bigger than Marketing or Sales. We have 100 employees in Japan and raised $17M< so far. Successful in Japan already.
