The CoLaborator Venture Group is a management & investment group tasked with building CoLaborator, Inc. The group will act as co-founders for CoLaborator, Inc. The CoLaborator Venture Group will consist of several sub-groups that each have a specific focus and skill set that its members bring to the table. The sub-groups are as follow: The CoLaborator Tech Group, The CoLaborator Marketing Group, and The CoLaborator Advisory Group. The CoLaborator Venture Group should have the capabilities of raising at least $50M over the 10-year life of the venture group’s existence. Colaborator, Inc. looks to partner with, acquire, and build 50+ revenue generating businesses that collectively generate tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue in preparation for a LARGE future exit event like a sale or an IPO. CoLaborator, Inc. is not just a company but a business model for the future. We have coined the term "CoLaborator" to mean, one who partners with entrepreneurs to provide LABOR in return for equity, in an attempt to limit the dependence on investors. CoLaborator, Inc. is an early-stage startup in proof of concept stage. We are beta testing a number of new concepts.
