• 5+ years of full-cycle Sales experience ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong experience managing Sales pipeline within Salesforce or other CRM

• 1+ years of Business Development experience
• Capable of developing quality leads with decision-makers that can be converted by our Sales Executive team

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience ideally within SaaS
• Proven ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure customer retention.

• Serve as the domain bridge between civil/transportation engineering knowledge and AI capabilities, evaluating whether AI outputs meet real-world infrastructure standards and directing the team accordingly.

• Design, develop, and maintain a DevOps environment to support the automation and deployment of mission-critical applications.

Set up and organize proposal documents at pursuit kickoff, establishing folder structures, templates, and tracking tools
Manage material requests from teaming partners and subconsultants, tracking submissions and flagging gaps
Cold calling to support development of new partners when needed
Obtain required certifications, forms, and administrative compliance materials for each submission
Support schedule maintenance and deadline tracking
Assist with proposal production, formatting, quality checks, and final submission activities

• Organize & maintain marketing collateral and other materials that help drive Citian's brand and value with prospective and current clients
• Manage outbound marketing campaigns targeted toward public sector market segments
