Our idea looks forward to simultaneously solving 3 problems that society is facing in the current model of selling and buying products. These problems are: 1. High cost of buying products: A large section of Indians belong to the middle and lower classes. While these people dream about using many premium products and experiencing their luxury, they are unable to fulfill these dreams due to the sheer cost of these products. Most often these people have to settle for inferior products or sometimes even opt for life without such products. 2. Lack of good Replacement / Upgradation facilities: With an average age of 29, India is home to one of the youngest populations globally. The younger generations prefer to use the latest products and technology and are known to get bored of using the same product for a long time. This behavior necessitates the availability of a robust and consumer-friendly product replacement and up-gradation mechanism wherein the consumer can replace or upgrade from their current product to a much-advanced technology. 3. The ever-increasing waste: The constant increase of waste and especially e-waste is a topic of concern for governments and environmentalists globally. Today, most of the products after being used by the consumers are discarded and released as waste. A very small amount of the products being discarded actually make it to the recycling units or get refurbished for further release in the market.
