Chill Pill is solving the global mental health pandemic starting with female-identifying and non-binary teens.

50% of young women in the US report suffering from a mental illness by age 24. Only 1 in 4 seek treatment, and 64% find therapy is ineffective at reliably improving symptoms. Chill Pill is the much-needed solution that provides accessible, community-based mental health support for young women.


We are a community for female-identifying and non-binary people ages 13-22 to share feelings and experiences with each other to find the support that they need to live their best lives. Our community lives on the Chill Pill iOS app (Android app coming Fall 2022). Members attend community-led audio support groups - modeled after AA meetings - and post their daily thoughts and reflections, either with their username visible or anonymously, to Chill Pill’s judgement-free community journal feed. We are an inclusive team of mission-driven people who are working to completely redesign the digital mental health experience for young people, starting with a community-based, accessible and scalable approach for teen girls. Our mission is to be the access point for both clinical and non-clinical mental healthcare solutions for all young people.
