CareSpotter careers

CareSpotter helps families find local, professional caregivers in their community for private pay care jobs. Families can easily post a care job, and caregivers within 30 miles of the job are notified and begin applying to the job. The site is very turnkey and simple, CareSpotter charges families a flat fee to post care jobs.

Since our launch in 2014, we've helped more than 6000 families find a local caregiver, and we feature more than 10000 caregivers on the site.

Families are saving up to 50 percent hiring the caregiver directly versus using an agency, and they get to choose their own caregiver. Caregivers also earn a living wage, averaging about $14/hr for private care jobs.
