We are trying to build the first decentralized applications used by consumers and end-users at scale. This requires simultaneous improvements in technology, product, and decentralization architecture (i.e. systems that are not blockchains). We've worked on similar problems at Protocol Labs and startups in the space, and have firsthand experience with building crypto/dweb tools that are highly technical, while reaching a large number of users. Raymond previously co-founded Commonwealth, an all-in-one protocol governance tool used by projects with $billions in market capitalization (Osmosis, dYdX, Stargate/LayerZero, etc.) and has raised $20m+. Joel was at Protocol Labs for the last four years, building the Underlay, a knowledge graph used by scientific publishers. Before that, he wrote the query editor for Notion while attending MIT.
