Cannect Inc is a Canadian mortgage brokerage and lender. Oscar Intelligence is currently a sub-entity of Cannect and acts as its software development branch.

We have two main products. The first is an industry-leading series of lead generation funnels and calculators that tell borrowers how much money they can save by getting in touch with Cannect.

The second, which is nearing release, is a software that guides agents through the mortgage process, to find the best rates, to manage documents, and to facilitate the information exchange between the agent and the borrower.

Though technology, we strive to be the world’s most complete and trusted solution connecting borrowers and lenders. Our mission is to help our customers to make the best decision possible when accessing or investing capital secured by real property.

As the company grows, there are a series of products coming down the pipeline.
