There are approximately 6,000 commercial insurers in the United States, and 40,000 licensed commercial insurance agencies and an ever growing number of SMB technology platforms interested in partnering with licensed agencies to facilitate digital commercial insurance procurement and servicing. Thousands of API connections are required to enable the ubiquity of digital distribution, but no single insurer or agency can build the neutral platform to manage these connections on their own.

Briza does the heavy lifting of integrating carrier APIs once, which partners take advantage of through a well-documented and well-architected REST API. A partner integrating with Briza unlocks the universe of carrier APIs, and only needs to submit one application to yield competing or complimentary policy quotes.

The first use case of our platform is a hosted, "no-code" solution for traditional insurance brokerages.
