BRITE Funding careers

The company has two wholly-owned subsidiaries:

BRITE Investments, Inc (BRITE), a crowd-investing platform (funding portal CRD#306998) that is a member FINRA and registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which operates a section of brite.us and provides access to investment opportunities under Regulation Crowdfunding.

BRITE Records, LLC (“BRITE Records”), a stock transfer agent, registered with SEC. Our goal is to provide quality service to our listing companies before, during and after fundraising process. BRITE Records integrates seamlessly within the crowd-investing platform, providing great user experience to our customers. This company will be holding investors' records and distributing dividends for issuers who offer securities on BRITE platform.

IMMEDIATE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT WE OFFER

BRITE is set to facilitate capital-raising for the following type of offerings:
- Reg-CF offerings. These companies are seeking to raise capital of up to $1,070,000 a year from accredited and non-accredited investors. For these offerings we provide offering listing services under Regulation Crowdfunding exemption.

- Reg-A and Reg-D offerings. We list and host the offerings while our registered broker-dealer partner does the execution. These offerings are hosted on BRITE platform either as a stand-alone offering or concurrently with a Reg-CF offering.

The SEC requires all issuers to keep their shareholder records in a secure and compliant way. At BRITE Records as our wholly owned subsidiary, we offer the transfer agent services to our client companies. This include shareholder ownership information keeping and management in a SEC compliant manner, as well as distributing dividends back to investors, facilitating settlement of securities transactions. It is a subscription-based service where issuers pay $4 annually for each investor they have under our management, and an additional 1% from dividends distributed back to investors.
