We believe there are several reasons why working at BounceIt should appeal to you; 1. We are entering one of the most exciting industries currently in existence. Social media apps are a huge market and this is an opportunity to be part of a team that creates the next big thing. 2. Our team. Currently we have 6 members on our team and our strength lies in our diversity. Our CEO Jack Francis is 22 and works alongside his best friend Jack Fisher, also 22. Together, their youth and energy provide the team with the vision and momentum required to accelerate the team success. Alongside them is Lee, our technical director with 20 years experience in development. Our newest member Dean has 8 years development experience and works alongside Lee on a day to day basis. Our director Neil has 20 years experience in developing and operating a business and his vast business network in the Edinburgh area opens many doors for the team. Our digital director Darren rounds off the team with his 20 years experience in design. Darren currently works on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work under Darren's direction and help balance out the workload when he is not working. We believe that our mix of youth and experience puts our team in a fantastic position going forward. 3. Our philosophies. BounceIt provides a work environment in which everyone feels valued. Weekly team meetings allow everyone the opportunity to voice their opinions and suggestions. We believe in hard work but importantly we believe in having fun whilst doing it.
