Bolster is a new online community, where people supporting loved ones through the turbulence of mental ill-health can find the emotional reassurance and practical guidance that can only come from others with similar lived experiences.

We are still testing and building the product, but we hope to bring together a local social network, where users can find, message and meet other people like them in their area, alongside practical advice to best care for someone going through a period mental ill-health, in the form of trusted content, modular training and active advice from a trained adviser.
