• Learn and maintain a deep technical understanding of the Blend platform and our customers across mortgage and consumer banking
• Distill a partner’s key business objectives, capabilities, and technical needs to understand areas of value

• Work closely with broader product development team to antagonistically test Blend's software and identify issues with new releases
• Use problem resolution techniques and processes

• Create, develop, and maintain Blend and Loan Origination Systems integration processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications & code.

• Product Knowledge & Training:

Develop and deliver ongoing training programs for the sales team focused on Blend’s product offerings, features, and updates.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistent, up-to-date product messaging and value propositions.
Build sales collateral, guides, and toolkits to help teams navigate product discussions with customers.
Sales Training and Certification

• Use the Blend Builder low code, drag & drop platform to customize workflows and integrations for financial products, e.g. Deposit Accounts, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Refinance, Mortgage Loan, etc
• Become a subject matter expert in Blend Builder, keeping up with the latest updates, features, ...

• Lead and manage the entire sales cycle with prospects from first call through contract and pricing negotiations.
• Drive renewal process for current accounts leveraging internal and external resources to drive successful renewals in 2023

• Accelerate growth: draw on deep data analysis, creativity, experiments, and prior experience to win new customers and expand Blend’s relationships with existing customers
• Deeply understand Blend’s platform and products and partner closely with the product.

• Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using the Mule Anypoint Platform using capabilities such as the Mule Runtime, Connectors, Design Center, and API management
• Collaborate and review code with other engineers on the team to ensure each integration maintains a consistent level of technical standards as set by the team
