There is inadvertent lack of empathy towards the patients at the times when they need healthcare finance the most i.e. at hospitalization. This generally come with lack of ownership by Insurers / TPAs / Hospitals in the process where BimaXpress will make a difference. Current Players (i.e. Insurers- Acquisition Focus / TPA - Process Bias/ Hospitals-non-core activity) don’t focus on the moment of truth. BimaXpress can plug this gap to organize the Financing and Insurance Claims servicing process for customers and build further on this acquired base. Our customers are both hospitals (B2B) and patients (B2C). They will be located in the Geographies and Hospital premises we operate in. While the model will be built in India, the tech and business case can be exported in other countries too.
